Pozisyon Hakkında

Conduent Antalya ofisinde inbound müşteri danışmanı olarak Vodafone müşterilerine uygun paketleri tanıtıp, danışmanlık hizmeti vereceksiniz. Almanca ve Türkçe dillerinde akıcı iletişim kurarak, çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım sergilemeniz bekleniyor.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek en uygun Vodafone paketlerini önerme.
Telefon ve e-posta yoluyla inbound çağrılara yanıt vererek yüksek müşteri memnuniyeti sağlama.

Aranan Profil

Almanca (ana dil seviyesinde) ve Türkçe akıcı konuşma ve yazma.
İletişim becerileri yüksek, empati ve çözüm odaklı.

Gerekli Yetkinlikler

Temel teknik anlayış.
Sorumluluk sahibi, motivasyonlu ve takım çalışmasına yatkın.

Sunduklarımız

Sürekli iş sözleşmesi, esnek vardiyalar.
Temel maaş + prim + performans bazlı bonus (Euro).
İki taksitte toplam 1000€ Nesting bonusu.
