L2 Support Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated L2 Support Engineer to join our Application Operations team. The role involves managing deployments, automating workflows, handling incidents and ensuring 24/7 application performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities, perform post‑deployment verification and manage deployment processes.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Resolve or coordinate resolution of customer issues at the L2 support level.
• Continuously monitor application performance and take actions to maintain 24/7 uptime.
• Act as operational phase lead on projects, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks.
• Generate operational reports and track service errors.
• Define and manage alarms for applications and services, intervening in critical issues 24/7.

Required profile

• Experience in L2 support and application operations.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work hybrid with presence in Libadiye or Halkalı offices twice a week.
