Language Teacher – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Language Teacher to help train AI conversational models. The role requires expert‑level linguistics skills and involves interacting with chatbots in both Turkish and English to assess and improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by holding realistic conversations in Turkish and English.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness and overall performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Turkish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Turkey and be able to work independently as a contractor.
