LDC Deployment Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

The LDC Deployment Manager will lead the design, build and deployment of LDC processes and data for manufacturing, turning data and digital capabilities into strategic assets for Novartis. This role is central to the company’s digital transformation and will work closely with architecture, domain pillars and the E2E data team.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for LDC implementation and adoption according to business requirements, architectural standards, performance, quality and security principles.
• Decide on complex implementation issues in collaboration with functional GPOs and LDC pillars, ensuring solutions meet business and user needs.
• Ensure solutions are traceable, aligned with the architectural roadmap, standardized, and compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., NFCM, P3, TPRM, GxP).
• Guide data cleansing, migration and master data dictionary creation with local data owners.
• Support country discovery activities, cut‑over planning, hyper‑care and ongoing support.

Required profile

• University degree; additional project management training or certification desirable.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in country and global roles, preferably within data, digital or manufacturing environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
