Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support leadership growth and overall employee development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business needs and cultural objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, develop and coordinate training events.
• Conduct continuous needs analysis and propose improvements to training processes.
• Design and deliver orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Support People and Culture projects and internal communication initiatives.
• Develop, assess and facilitate training for both new and existing employees, including managers and department heads.
• Compile training evaluations and produce summary reports on participant feedback.
• Assist with the preparation and monitoring of the training budget.
• Prepare quarterly, yearly or ad‑hoc reports related to training and development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in talent management or learning and development.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Result‑oriented with good negotiation abilities and a collaborative mindset.
