Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

Join Martur Fompak International as a Learning and Development Specialist, supporting the growth of our workforce through innovative training solutions. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to align learning initiatives with company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and prioritize programs in line with departmental goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using internal and external resources.
• Manage training budgets, plans, documentation, and invoicing.
• Define measurement and evaluation metrics, report results, and create action plans.
• Implement communication strategies and digital tools to enhance the learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, including analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
