About the role
Join Mercedes-Benz Türk as a Learning & Development Specialist on a fixed‑term contract, supporting the growth of our workforce through impactful learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end learning and development processes.
- Conduct training needs analysis and support annual training planning.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and HR teams.
- Track training effectiveness, participation, and related KPIs.
- Contribute to digital learning and employee development projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience with a Learning Management System, preferably Oracle HCM.
