About the role
ASEE Turkey is seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to support its corporate and commercial activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, identify legal risks and provide practical, business‑oriented solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on day‑to‑day business activities and propose risk‑mitigation measures.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial, corporate and other legal agreements in line with Group standards.
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s legal policies, standards and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review corporate documents, powers of attorney, filings and other legal paperwork.
- Deliver legal training sessions to internal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law and admission to the Turkish Bar Association.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment or reputable law firm.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
- Legal research and compliance monitoring.
