Legal Counsel for EEMEA Region

About the role

Barilla is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its operations across the EEMEA region. The role involves providing commercial, contractual, corporate, and regulatory advice while collaborating with regional and global legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to regional teams and implement local legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts such as supplier, distributor, service agreements, NDAs and partnership agreements.
• Manage training programs on antitrust, compliance, IP and contract management.
• Support corporate governance matters, board resolutions, powers of attorney and entity management.
• Oversee litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution processes within the region.
• Assist with IP portfolio management and enforce data protection/privacy policies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law; admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction preferred.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in food or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of corporate affairs, intellectual property, compliance, privacy and food law.
• Fluent in English and Greek or Turkish; additional regional languages a plus.
• In‑house legal experience is advantageous.
