Legal Counsel Specialist

About the role

Beko is seeking a Specialist – Legal Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance Department in Istanbul. The role involves providing legal research, advice, and risk analysis to support business units across a range of commercial and operational matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and deliver counsel on questions raised by various business units.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to trade, finance, and operations.
• Identify, assess, and communicate legal risks and implications to protect the organization’s interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• No restrictions on travel.
• Ability to work independently on assigned legal projects.
• Flexible, open to new perspectives and diversity.
• Team‑player with a self‑initiative mindset.
