Legal Intern

About the role

A technology company is looking for a Legal Intern to work closely with its founders and legal advisers on corporate governance, commercial law, intellectual property, data protection, cybersecurity and AI regulation. The intern will gain experience across the legal workings of a growing technology company, from how it is governed and financed to how its products are developed, protected and sold.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate governance, company administration, shareholder matters and investment preparation.
• Help research, draft and review commercial agreements, technology licences and partnership arrangements.
• Explore intellectual property questions involving software, brands, content and AI-generated work.
• Contribute to privacy, data protection and cybersecurity compliance, including policies, contracts and internal processes.
• Follow legal and regulatory developments and assess their implications with the business and product teams.

Required profile

• Current law studies or a recent law degree, with an interest in technology and business.
• Clear writing in Turkish and English, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Previous experience in technology law is welcome but not required.
