Levantine Arabic‑Speaking Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are a well‑established back‑office support provider for the financial sector, expanding our team to serve Arabic‑speaking clients. The position involves delivering high‑quality assistance to customers through multiple channels while representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, online chat and social networks.
• Provide clear information about our financial products and services.
• Resolve complaints, offer appropriate solutions within set time limits, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and aim for positive customer feedback.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to overall team success.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Levantine Arabic (Syrian, Lebanese or Jordanian dialect) and conversational English.
• Flexibility to work 8‑hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including possible weekend and holiday rotations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse client personalities.
• Excellent self‑organization, discipline and attention to detail.
• Personal computer with a stable, high‑speed fiber internet connection.
