Linux Platform & Observability Team Lead

About the role

Eclit is seeking a seasoned leader to head its Linux Platform & Observability team. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure Linux operations while driving the evolution of monitoring and automation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Linux Platform & Observability team.
• Manage performance, security, high availability, and continuity of enterprise‑scale Linux infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Implement and standardize automation using Ansible to reduce operational workload.
• Lead event correlation, noise reduction, intelligent alerting, and AI‑powered incident detection.
• Generate actionable insights from monitoring data for proactive operations.
• Oversee operational KPIs, SLAs, and service quality, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical standards, processes, and documentation.
• Participate in technical recruitment and foster a strong engineering culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Linux platform, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering teams.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing technical teams.
