About the role
Köksal & Partners Law Firm is looking for an experienced litigation lawyer to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. The role involves managing and handling a variety of litigation proceedings in Istanbul.
Key responsibilities
- Develop litigation strategies, draft statements of claim, defense and other procedural submissions.
- Attend court hearings, manage court proceedings and represent the firm before courts, enforcement offices, notaries and other public authorities.
- Handle employment disputes, commercial litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy matters.
Required profile
- Law degree and admission to the Bar.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, enforcement and bankruptcy law.
- Good command of English and a valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
