Lobby Host – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Lobby Host creates a warm and welcoming experience for guests from the moment they arrive, acting as a visible and approachable presence in the lobby. Working closely with the Front Office team, the host ensures exceptional service in line with Hilton standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized assistance and accurate information about hotel facilities, services, outlets, events, and local attractions.
• Support VIP arrivals, escort VIP guests to their rooms when required, and coordinate with Front Office for special guests.
• Manage guest flow and waiting lines during busy periods, maintain lobby cleanliness and presentation, and handle guest concerns promptly.
• Promote hotel outlets, dining experiences, and room categories, and use Front Office systems and equipment effectively.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Lobby Host, Concierge, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive, friendly, and approachable personality with strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and behavior in line with Hilton standards, and flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
