Local Product Owner - Bosch Home Comfort

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort is looking for a Local Product Owner in Istanbul to contribute to its product management activities, from market analysis and product strategy to successful product launches. The role defines and drives product vision and strategy, plans launches across the organisation, and represents the company in technical and sectoral committees.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Plan and execute product launches with the whole organisation to ensure market adoption
• Conduct market, competition and user research, turning insights into product requirements and user stories
• Monitor market trends, legal requirements and regulations
• Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees
• Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external stakeholders such as SEO content, catalogs and product tools
• Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activities
• Review and release technical documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical or electrical/electronic preferred); master's is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or business development, preferably in HVAC
• Knowledge of boiler, heat pump and air conditioner technologies is a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Excellent command of English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Required skills

• Market research, competitive analysis and market trend assessment
• MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements
• Ability to integrate AI into daily business
