Logistics Business Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Logistics Business Support Manager to lead and transform our logistics operations across Türkiye. As a member of the Country Leadership Team you will define and execute the country’s logistics strategy while driving operational excellence, cost optimisation and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and organisational performance.
• Develop and execute a forward‑looking logistics strategy that supports growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the single point of contact for all logistics‑related topics in Turkey.
• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategic partnerships with Logistics Service Providers to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
• Drive warehouse and logistics network optimisation to improve productivity, flexibility and scalability.
• Own the logistics budget, cost structure and financial transparency through robust analytics and reporting.
• Identify and implement sustainable cost‑reduction opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Define and govern KPI and SLA frameworks across the logistics ecosystem.
• Champion Lean methodologies, digitalisation, process optimisation and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native Turkish.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale operational improvements and transformation projects.
• Strong experience working with logistics service providers and managing complex logistics networks.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CLTD, CSCP, CPIM or Lean Certification are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of warehouse management, transportation, inventory optimisation and supply‑chain management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering cost‑optimisation results.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data and digital tools for decision‑making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
