About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Senior Specialist to lead and optimise inbound and outbound shipment processes across land, air and sea. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective delivery while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, covering land, air and sea transportation.
• Communicate with freight companies and carriers to guarantee on‑time, complete deliveries.
• Manage import and export operations, including preparation and follow‑up of required documentation.
• Process incoming purchase orders, verify accuracy and ensure timely shipment.
• Resolve shipment delays, product shortages or operational disruptions by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to enhance logistics effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures for shipment, receiving and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation for all logistics activities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, freight companies and logistics service providers, including price negotiations.
• Provide rapid solutions to logistics‑related issues and implement preventive actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity and efficiency in supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations and supply‑chain management.
• Hands‑on experience with sea, land and air transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of import, export, transportation and logistics processes.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process follow‑up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
