Lounge Agent – Emirates Lounge, Istanbul Airport

About the role

Emirates is opening a new lounge at Istanbul Airport and seeks senior lounge agents to ensure a premium experience for eligible passengers. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through lounge services and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome passengers, introduce lounge facilities, and provide personalised assistance throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented, and fully operational lounge environment in collaboration with catering, cleaning and maintenance partners.
• Assist customers with airport services such as seat changes, boarding passes, transit check‑in, reservation updates and lounge boarding.
• Occasionally support ticket desk functions and broader airport operations.
• Provide flight departure updates, respond to queries, and resolve issues to restore customer confidence.
• Handle stock control, record operational data, monitor meal wastage, assist with audits and perform other duties as directed by the Lounge Supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Legal right to live and work in Turkey.
• At least one year of experience in airline or hotel hospitality.
• Possession of a full airport pass for Istanbul Airport.
