Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Balıkesir manufacturing facility. You will ensure the reliability and efficiency of production machinery, supporting our position as a leading sandwich panel producer in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly, monthly and annual maintenance activities for all production equipment.
• Lead installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of new machinery and upgrades.
• Develop and implement projects focused on energy savings, cost reduction and equipment investment.
• Provide rapid response to machine failures, conduct root‑cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
• Organise technical training sessions on electrical and mechanical topics for plant staff.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost‑effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external service providers, suppliers and overseas plants for technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of English and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Class B driving licence with no travel restrictions.
