Maintenance Lead (Offset Printing)

About the role

Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Lead for its offset printing production lines in Izmir. The role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure high‑performance, reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve production performance of assigned lines, acting as the technical expert and maintenance leader.
• Prioritise troubleshooting, drive autonomous maintenance, and reduce breakdown frequency.
• Coordinate planned maintenance, perform breakdown analysis, and manage spare‑part consumption and budgets.
• Coach shop‑floor teams, support lean, Kaizen and TPM initiatives, and prepare data for daily DDS meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in mass‑production factories, preferably in printing or packaging.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, strong communication, valid driving licence and ability to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Experience with lean production, 5S, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems and TPM.
• Hands‑on knowledge of offset printing machines and machinery installations.
