Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Randstad Türkiye is recruiting a Maintenance Specialist for its global business partner, which operates in production and is based in Kemalpaşa, Izmir. The role covers equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance and support of plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs and equipment improvements
• Support plant operations and assist with capital projects
• Maintain shop organization, tools and equipment conditions
• Implement and train on Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans, and carry out seasonal maintenance prep, annual PMs and infrastructure repairs
• Use predictive maintenance tools to identify and prevent equipment failures
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, control systems, instrumentation and HVAC
• Complete fabrication tasks to improve plant processes
• Maintain detailed equipment records and documentation
• Support site relocation and site safety programmes, and provide facility and grounds maintenance as needed

Required profile

• University diploma or equivalent in Maintenance, Electrical or Mechatronics
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry conditions
• Ability to climb, work at heights, lift up to 22.67 kg and perform repetitive tasks
• Valid driver's licence
