About the role
Schindler is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a service team in Ankara. You will ensure efficient planning of service vehicles, technician routes, and work plans while supporting the technical and personal development of your team.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize service vehicle, technician routes and work plans to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement training and certification plans for team members.
- Conduct routine safety inspections to guarantee each employee’s safety.
- Identify and provide necessary protective equipment, tools and materials to staff.
- Perform regular customer visits to meet satisfaction targets and address requests.
- Oversee product safety, quality actions and follow‑up.
- Ensure complete handover of repair jobs.
- Monitor annual technical inspection processes.
Required profile
- University degree in Engineering.
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the elevator industry.
- Proven experience in customer and team management.
- Team‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude.
- Good level of English is a plus.
- No travel restrictions.
