About the role
Join the ALO boutique lifestyle retail team in Izmir, driving store sales and delivering an authentic brand experience. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on mindfulness, wellness, and sustainable activewear.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve store sales goals by setting the standard for the ALO experience and brand mission.
- Provide product education and create genuine connections with guests, sharing knowledge about features, benefits, fabric, design, and care.
Required profile
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, stand and move throughout an entire shift.
- Passion for customer service, high energy, upbeat attitude, and self‑motivation to achieve results individually and as a team.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and proactiveness, with empathy, integrity and the ability to build trusting relationships.
