Manager, Network Services Commercialization (EEMEA)

About the role

The Manager, Network Services Commercialization (EEMEA) supports the Network Optimization Business Unit within Mastercard’s Network Services. Based in Istanbul, this role drives revenue assurance, performance optimization and go‑to‑market governance across network‑based distribution channels in the EEMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue assurance and performance optimization initiatives for network‑based distribution.
• Provide governance for go‑to‑market strategies and other paths to market.
• Deliver data‑driven insights, financial rigor and execution oversight to improve monetization and yield.
• Manage network analytics, business case evaluation and performance tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, Pricing, Market Development and Customer Success to embed insight‑led revenue performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network services commercialization and revenue assurance.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, analytics, pricing and market development teams.
• Excellent governance and execution oversight capabilities.
