Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will shape and execute the local marketing strategy, aligning with global direction and business objectives. This role works closely with sales, product, and after‑sales teams to drive brand awareness and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local marketing strategy in line with global guidelines.
• Lead demand generation, digital marketing and CRM‑driven lead management.
• Manage and optimise telesales/telemarketing channels to increase conversions.
• Monitor NPS, CSAT and CES programmes and drive improvement actions.
• Translate global initiatives into effective local programmes.
• Oversee online sales channels, marketing budget, agencies, events and customer engagement.
• Analyse market, customer and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, develop and motivate the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B, industrial or multinational.
• Proven people‑management and team‑leadership experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep interest in customers and sales processes.
• Experience managing telesales, telemarketing or inside‑sales activities.
• Experience with customer‑satisfaction programmes and journey improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with local and international teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
