Marketing Manager – Digital & Brand Growth

About the role

Join a record‑setting direct‑selling cosmetics and wellness company ranked 11th globally, operating in 57 countries and exporting to over 125 markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, digital performance and customer acquisition across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage digital marketing operations on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube and other platforms, handling campaign planning, optimization, audience targeting and performance analysis.
• Plan, launch and optimise user‑acquisition and performance‑marketing campaigns, analysing data to continuously improve ROI.
• Create thought‑leadership and marketing content (video, social posts, reels, blogs, e‑books, email campaigns) tailored to the customer journey.
• Collaborate with product, sales, creative teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and coordinate product launches worldwide.
• Oversee marketing budgets, monitor ROI and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
