Marketing Manager Orthopedics

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the growth and development of its orthopedics portfolio in Turkey. You will shape market visibility, define brand positioning, and collaborate closely with commercial, regulatory, and distribution teams to launch and sustain products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align marketing strategy with global and local goals, supporting the 3D Strategy.
• Build market knowledge, monitor dynamics, and create clear brand positioning.
• Design and execute launch plans, business cases, and product training for sales, OR nurses, and HCPs.
• Collaborate with RA/QA, logistics, and distributors to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
• Prioritize activities to maximize business and customer impact, adapting tactics to fast‑changing market conditions.
• Prepare IRR and business cases for product registration and new product introductions.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with interest in the orthopedic medical‑device industry.
• Ability to work creatively and pragmatically while conserving resources.
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple functions and external partners.
