Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Emerging Travel Group is seeking an ABM Program Manager to lead account‑based marketing initiatives. This remote position will support the alignment of sales and marketing efforts to accelerate growth across global travel‑tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain target account and contact lists using HubSpot, Apollo.io and similar tools, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
• Set tasks for AI‑based ICP checks, data enrichment, and manage account scoring to route high‑potential accounts to sales and low‑potential accounts to marketing automation.
• Coordinate workflow with regional sales teams, handling hand‑offs, follow‑up SLAs, lead quality feedback and regular syncs.
• Monitor ABM funnel metrics, brief analytics teams, and produce transparent progress reports for C‑level executives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, ABM, RevOps or sales operations.
• Proven end‑to‑end execution of at least one outbound or ABM program.
• Strong project‑management skills across multiple teams with reporting to senior management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM.
• Proficiency with prospecting/enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, GetSales, ZoomInfo.
• Practical use of AI/LLM tools for data enrichment, qualification or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of account/lead scoring and B2B sales funnel concepts.
