Marketing Specialist – Gaming & Esports

About the role

Wraith Esports, an Ankara‑based technology and e‑commerce brand in the gaming peripherals space, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its fast‑growing team. You will help shape campaigns, partnerships and brand activities across gaming, esports and consumer technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, sponsorships and product launches.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers, agencies and esports partners to amplify brand messages.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure clear cross‑team communication.
• Track gaming, esports, technology and digital trends to inform strategy.
• Gather community feedback, generate insights and propose new ideas for activation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in gaming, esports and consumer technology.
• Experience in marketing agencies, events, sponsorships, campaigns or influencer marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel for events, tournaments and brand activations.
