Marketing Supervisor / Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

Doğuş Otomotiv is seeking a Marketing Supervisor / Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Porsche Türkiye team. You will be responsible for planning and executing premium marketing events, managing integrated campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute premium marketing events such as product launches, driving experiences, and dealership openings.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate dealer marketing activities, ensuring alignment with central strategies, corporate identity, and global brand standards.
• Maintain showroom visual merchandising and luxury retail concepts across the dealer network.
• Implement CRM projects to enhance customer engagement and journey.
• Manage media campaigns, digital marketing activities, and performance reporting.
• Optimize company and dealer websites for content, user experience, and SEO performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
• No travel restrictions and a valid driving licence.
• Well‑organized, deadline‑oriented multitasker with excellent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Digital media buying knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and SEO tools.
• Experience managing CRM systems and website content.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and produce monthly reports.
