Marketing Supervisor – Garenta & Praticar

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor for our Garenta and Praticar brand. The role leads and manages end‑to‑end marketing processes in line with brand strategies, business objectives, vision and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a diverse Marketing team and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop data‑driven customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Define and manage brand communication, visual identity, tone of voice and messaging across all channels.
• Plan and execute offline and online media plans, including SEO, paid media and social campaigns.
• Drive qualified traffic to web and mobile platforms and own new‑customer acquisition KPIs.
• Oversee PR, media relations and BTL communication materials with external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and financial discipline.
• Advanced level of English and excellent communication skills.
