About the role

Join SHEIN Marketplace Turkey and become part of a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform that connects local sellers with consumers. We are hiring Account Managers, Buyers and Merchandisers to ensure seller success, curate product assortments and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Account Manager: Build and nurture relationships with marketplace sellers, monitor performance and ensure satisfaction.
  • Buyer: Identify and select products and brands that match customer demand and market trends, expanding the assortment.
  • Merchandiser: Manage product visibility, availability and sales using market insights and data analysis.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Strong sales drive with a proven record of exceeding KPIs.
  • Logical, problem‑solving mindset and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English (or Chinese) is a plus.
