About the role
BEST Transformer is seeking a Material & Inventory Planning Engineer to support its production of power and distribution transformers. The role focuses on forecasting material demand, controlling stock, and reporting performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage materials demand forecast to suppliers based on Production Plan (CCRP/MRP).
- Provide stock control and management.
- Report productivity and planning performance.
- Prepare monthly material reports as required.
- Follow up tasks assigned by manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel VBA), MS Project, and Minitab.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- High sense of urgency and responsibility, able to work under pressure.
- Self‑motivated and result driven.
- Preferably experienced in detailed scheduling.
- Knowledge of ERP Oracle.
- Residing in Balıkesir.
