Medical Manager - Consumer Healthcare

About the role

Menarini Turkey is looking for a Medical Manager for its Medical team. The role acts as a scientific and medical advisor for products in its responsibility and for new products, supporting marketing and field force teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to advance the scientific communication platform in line with the company's goals.
• Act as scientific and medical advisor for products and new products, supporting marketing and field force teams.
• Collect and consolidate medical data to support company strategies and keep scientific data up to date.
• Support related units in preparing promotional materials and during medical presentations.
• Provide medical product training to the field force, preparing training manuals and visual materials in line with ethical procedures and company strategy.
• Play an active role in product launch preparations and support communication with relevant authorities.
• Build and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies.
• Understand concepts of pharmacovigilance and compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacist from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, especially in consumer health care products.
• Fluent in English; no restrictions on domestic or international travel.
