Medical Manager

About the role

Menarini Turkey is looking for a Medical Manager for its Medical team within the Medikal Direktörlüğü (Meltem Özel Karataş). The role engages in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to advance the scientific communication platform in line with Menarini Turkey's corporate goals, and acts as a scientific and medical advisor for products in the candidate's responsibility and for new products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a scientific and medical advisor for products in your responsibility and for new products, supporting marketing and field force teams.
• Collect and consolidate the medical data needed to support company strategies and keep scientific data up to date.
• Support related units in preparing promotional materials and during medical presentations.
• Train the field force on medical products, preparing training manuals and visual materials in line with national and international ethical procedures, company and marketing strategies.
• Take part in product launch preparations and support communication with relevant authorities.
• Build and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacist from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, especially in consumer health care products.
• No restrictions for domestic or international travel.
• Fluent in English.
