Medical Sales Consultant – French Speaking Telesales Rep

About the role

Dentakay is looking for a French‑speaking Medical Sales Consultant to join its Istanbul office as a Telesales Representative. You will contact prospective patients, present dental care offers, and guide them through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to leads, present offers and generate interest.
• Listen to patients, address concerns and provide relevant information.
• Negotiate terms and secure commitments for dental treatments.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system.
• Track performance against sales targets and follow up with leads.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities after purchase.

Required profile

• Experience in medical consulting, telesales, translation or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare or a related field.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Basic sales and customer‑service competence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
