Mobility Aftermarket Export & Battery Supply Chain Internship

About the role

Join Bosch’s Mobility Aftermarket Export and Battery Customer Supply Chain Services team in Istanbul as a part‑time intern. You will support daily logistics operations, international shipments, and digital reporting while gaining hands‑on experience in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Mobility Aftermarket Export team with operational support for international shipments.
• Track customer orders daily in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Support the Battery Customer Supply Chain Services team with order management, quality assurance, claim handling, warranty procedures, and scrapping activities.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Monitor export control topics and follow up on regulatory requirements.
• Provide operational assistance for invoicing, order fulfillment, and claim resolution.
• Facilitate internal and external communications regarding product processes and procedures.
• Help develop Power BI reports as part of digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, preferably International Trade and Logistics, Foreign Trade Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to collaborate in both on‑site and virtual team environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, solution‑oriented and target‑driven.
• Eagerness to learn about the automotive aftermarket industry, international export procedures and global supply chains.
