About the role
We are seeking a Motion Designer to join our Growth team and create high‑performing 2D motion creatives that engage millions of players worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Create high‑quality 2D motion creatives and video ads for marketing campaigns.
- Translate game mechanics into engaging ad concepts and iterate based on performance data.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and test visual styles.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in performance marketing.
- Strong sense of composition, pacing, creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Open to exploring AI automation tools and staying up‑to‑date with mobile ad trends.
Required skills
- Proficiency in After Effects.
- Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
