About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Manager leads the MSL program for assigned therapeutic areas in Turkey, supervising a team of field‑based MSLs and ensuring compliant, high‑impact scientific engagement with healthcare experts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop direct reports through performance management, coaching, and field visits.
• Design and deliver training programs covering scientific content, customer engagement, and functional expertise.
• Recruit, staff, and allocate field‑based personnel, optimizing resources and geography coverage.
• Implement tools, processes, and metrics to monitor team performance, voice of the customer, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal medical, brand, and cross‑functional teams to align strategies and share scientific intelligence.

Required profile

• Health‑science degree (PharmD, MD, PhD or equivalent).
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably as an MSL or medical manager.
• Proven people‑management and coaching experience.
• Strong strategic, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically for field visits.
