About the role
Yıldız Tech is looking for a Network Specialist to provide IT network support across the Turkish region. You will ensure network reliability, meet internal SLAs, and contribute to budget planning.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in implementing network security measures and support cross‑functional projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2‑4 years of proven experience in network operations.
- Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills, with good command of English.
Required skills
- Routers, switches, firewalls.
- LAN/WAN technologies.
- Network monitoring and performance analysis.
- Network security implementation.
