New Graduate Operations Engineer

About the role

A multinational business partner operating in the poultry industry is looking for a New Graduate Operations Engineer based in Ankara. The role supports daily operations within the facility and contributes to the smooth execution of production processes. Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and help production processes run smoothly
• Work closely with operational and blue-collar teams so that daily work meets company standards
• Monitor operational processes and report deviations or improvement opportunities
• Help implement and follow up biosecurity and operational procedures
• Take part in planning, coordination and continuous improvement activities across the facility
• Assist with documentation, reporting and process tracking
• Support maintenance coordination, workplace safety practices and other operational projects as assigned
• Receive on-the-job training and become a key member of the operations management team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Agricultural, Industrial, Food or Chemical Engineering is a plus
• Fresh graduates with at least 3 months of internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong command of English, written and spoken
• Eager to build a career in operations within an international production environment
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment and collaborating with operational teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills; self-motivated and proactive
