About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join Raffles Istanbul, a luxury hotel renowned for its timeless elegance and exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will ensure seamless overnight operations, combining front‑desk service with accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of all hotel accounts, verifying accuracy of postings and reconciling discrepancies.
• Handle front‑desk duties during the night shift, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries.
• Prepare and submit detailed night‑shift reports to management.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Assist in emergency situations when the night manager is occupied, ensuring guest safety and operational continuity.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, dynamic team.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with good judgment when dealing with difficult guests.
