On-Trade Sales Supervisor

About the role

The On-Trade Sales Supervisor for İzmir will lead sales and distribution activities for Brown-Forman’s premium spirits portfolio, driving brand awareness and market position in a dynamic Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the overall on‑trade sales strategy and guide business partners in its application.
• Conduct targeted point‑of‑sale visits, establish and maintain commercial partnerships, and support distributor order creation.
• Ensure optimal stock levels, product visibility, and compliance with planograms and brand standards.
• Manage budgets for activities, open/close sales points in the system, and conduct regional analyses to increase sales.
• Report sales data, maintain the customer database, and act as a brand ambassador delivering product training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the spirits category.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and a comprehensive understanding of the market.
• Proficient spoken and written English and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Competent use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
