Online Sales Executive - iAutomotion

About the role

Advantech Turkey is looking for an experienced Online Sales Representative for its iAutomotion business, which reports to the Sales Head. The role drives revenue growth by improving planning, communications and customer relationships, managing online sales platforms and cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online sales platforms to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement online sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor online sales performance and analyse sales data to find growth opportunities.
• Work with marketing and product teams so online sales align with business objectives.
• Answer customer inquiries and support customers throughout the online purchasing process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices.
• Ensure compliance with online sales regulations and e-commerce standards.
• Generate new leads through market research and improve the online customer experience with cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with the IoT industry and computer hardware and technologies.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; Turkish citizenship required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
• Ability to analyse sales data and identify trends.
