Outcome Customer Engineer, Google Cloud Platform Delivery (Turkish, English)

About the role

The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform their business with cloud technology. As an Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE), you will drive initial and ongoing revenue ramp for customers, clear blockers and ensure they get the most value from their investment. You will manage and execute the deployment plan, transition scoped workloads into production and provide technical leadership to customers and partners, blending sales expertise, market knowledge, direct technical engagement and technical project management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate an end-to-end deployment plan across customer, professional services and partner teams, onboarding the implementation team, clearing blockers, managing timelines and progress, and ensuring readiness such as capacity and training.
• Use coding, debugging or systems design to resolve technical blockers and speed up deployment.
• Drive and track the ramp of workloads, moving customers from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
• Promote sustainable product usage so customers realize ongoing value and secure future contract renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration or change management.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging or systems design.
• Experience engaging with, presenting to or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Fluent Turkish and English to support client relationship management in the region.

Preferred qualifications

• Selling technical solutions in areas such as infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations or security.
• Experience with Google Cloud products and their differentiation from competitors.
• Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
• Experience with object-oriented languages such as Python or Java.
