Partner and Customer Enablement Lead

About the role

This role sits within a global Training & Support function, leading enablement, coaching, training and quality assurance for partners and software users, especially in low‑ and middle‑income countries. You will own the end‑to‑end adoption journey, from onboarding to measurable outcomes, while travelling up to 40% internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding, in‑country software user training and hands‑on facilitation using digital and non‑digital assets.
• Coach partner trainers, ensure quality‑assurance of Train‑the‑Trainer and cascade models, and monitor adoption metrics.
• Participate in programme design, configure software workflows, validate with stakeholders and protect data integrity.
• Own software adoption outcomes by tracking usage, referral outcomes and screening practices, and intervene with coaching or configuration reviews.
• Manage partner queries, tickets and enhancement requests, meeting SLA expectations.
• Maintain enablement plans, timelines and project documentation using structured tools.

Required profile

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer or facilitator.
• Proven experience delivering remote training in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes and customer adoption.
• Excellent coaching, communication and presentation skills, adaptable to varied literacy and cultural contexts.
• High data literacy to monitor engagement, identify trends and drive interventions.
