Partner E-Commerce Development Manager

About the role

Adidas is looking for a Partner E-Commerce Development Manager to drive profitable growth of its Wholesale E-Commerce channel. The role manages key online partners, optimizes digital sell-through performance, ensures operational excellence and executes commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of assigned Wholesale E-Commerce accounts and deliver on sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with channel and business objectives.
• Drive seasonal and in-season business through planning, forecasting and execution.
• Monitor product performance, inventory levels and market trends to spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning and partner engagement.
• Work with cross-functional teams on launches, campaigns and operational processes.
• Provide regular performance analysis and recommendations to improve channel productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards while building strong partner relationships.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, E-Commerce or Digital Commerce; experience with online retailers, marketplaces or e-commerce channels is preferred.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and account management.
• Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English.
