Partner Sales Representative – Software Solutions

About the role

Dassault Systèmes is looking for a sales-driven, results-oriented Partner Sales Representative to join its South Eastern team in Istanbul, Turkey. This is a dynamic, highly customer-facing role with a 50% hunting / 50% farming focus, suited to a proactive Territory Sales professional with strong strategic account management skills and confidence engaging C-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and named accounts
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensuring at least 2x quota coverage
• Develop growth strategies and account plans for strategic customers
• Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Drive customer transformation through a consultative, value-based approach
• Work with Value Added Resellers and internal teams to deliver revenue targets and customer success
• Collaborate across industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail, High Tech and Industrial Equipment
• Manage forecasting and opportunity development across the territory

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software/technology sales, preferably SaaS, Cloud or enterprise software
• Proven experience in strategic account management and new business development
• Experience working with indirect sales channels and partners
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
