Parts Field Sales Representative

About the role

POWER TK A.Ş., the Turkish distributor of Perkins engines, is seeking a Field Parts Sales Representative to drive sales of engine spare parts and related products within an assigned territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities for Perkins engine spare parts in the assigned region.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.
• Plan and execute sales actions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Provide technical product information and support for spare parts selection.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries, coordinating with internal departments.
• Monitor sales profitability and ensure compliance with margin objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and report business opportunities to management.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous B2B sales experience in diesel engines, construction equipment, power generation, industrial equipment or automotive spare parts.
• Proven ability to understand technical products, identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication and results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in customer relationship management, quotation handling and sales follow‑up.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and new business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
